Began his journey with LIC of India in 1991 as 19th Batch Direct Recruit Officer. With over three decades of dedicated service, he brings with him more than 20 years of rich and proven experience in the field of marketing.
He served in various branches in LIC of India and was also posted on deputation to LIC (Nepal) where he was heading marketing assignment of the entire country. He was also Marketing Manager in MDO-1, Mumbai Division as well as in Nagpur Division. He was Sr. Divisional Manager in Amravati and Mumbai SSS Division. His last assignment before joining here was as Chief (P&GS;)/PCC in LIC, CO, Mumbai.
Academically, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Beyond his professional life, he has a passion for music and travel.

Mr Ujwal Parekh has approx. 20 years of experience in real estate investing, deal sourcing, deal structuring, due diligence, deal closure, asset management. He has the experience of entire life cycle in real estate fund management from fund raising to investments to final exit.
He was earlier associated with Nippon Life India AIF Management Limited as National Lead wherein he had spent close to a decade (10 years) and he was instrumental in investing the real estate portfolio at pan India level
He was part of the CEO club at Nippon Life India AIF Management (The only person chosen from Alternative Investments which has a team of 70 people)
In Nippon India AIF he had handled offshore Japanese investors money (Approx USD 200 mn). The investments made out of Japanese investors money didn’t have a single day delay in entire term from 2018 to 2025 (Consistently delivered 18% to 20% IRR). Two Funds of Japanese Investors money were fully exited almost 15 months before the Fund life ended
He was also associated with Ernst & Young, Milestone Capital and Landmark Capital (All 3 organizations he was associated with real estate sector as a part of Investment team or part of due diligence and structuring).
He has an exposure to all asset class within real estate ie Residential, Commercial, Warehousing, Pre leased Yield assets
He is a Chartered Accountant and B Com (Hons) from Sydenham College Mumbai
Sandhya Nambidi

Overall experience of 19 years, of which 7 years of experience in Real Estate transaction covering non litigation (including fund documentation, investment documentation, legal due diligence) & litigation matters in various Courts like NCLT, NCLAT,DRT, High Court Supreme Court, SEBI Compliances, and other incidental activities for investments, coordinating with various authorities; 9 years of practice experience in areas of Debt Recovery Laws, General Civil suits, Corporate Laws, Criminal Laws, Public Interest Litigations, Arbitration, Special CBI cases and also have experience of Title due diligence, drafting of agreements, vetting of documents. Also had regular practice in High Court Bombay, Debt Recovery Tribunal, City Civil Court, Sessions Court, District Courts, Magistrate Courts, Consumer Courts; and 3 years of experience in retail business operations with ICICI Bank and Deutsche Bank.

Responsible for the financial strategy and operational integrity of the Alternative Investment Fund.
Responsible for financial and accounting functions, ensures adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks, manages investor reporting, and supports the fund’s investment.
Lead tax strategy for the funds and Entities. Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions in coordination with external consultant.
Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and valuation consultant.

CS Jayshree Kakani is an Associate Member of ICSI and a Law Graduate. She has an overall experience of around 10 years in the field of Legal, Secretarial, Compliance, Operation Services.
Before joining LICHFL AMC, she has worked across esteemed Organisation such as Essar Power Limited, Axis Trustee Service Limited, Beacon Trusteeship Limited, Mitcon Trusteeship Services Limited, Practising firms etc. Her areas of expertise includes Secretarial Compliances, Legal Documentation, Due Diligence, FEMA Compliances, SEBI Compliance, Statutory and Regulatory Compliances as may be applicable under Companies Act and under various applicable acts.

He plays an important role in making the Fund’s investment and managing its portfolio to drive long-term value. He has experience in evaluating market opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and providing solutions to optimize investment performance.

Legal professional with experience in SEBI regulatory matters concerning stock brokers and market intermediaries, gained from working with various law firms. Currently, he focuses on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and real estate investments, providing strategic legal advice on complex transaction structuring and preparing comprehensive legal documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment and contribution agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across securities, corporate, and commercial law domains.

Currently, she plays a pivotal role in the Fund Raising function, overseeing a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities. Her core areas of focus include identifying and shortlisting prospective Limited Partners and Institutional investors for new fund initiatives, drafting and curating investor presentations, and managing end-to-end communications to ensure seamless follow-ups and relationship coordination. She is also actively involved in preparing periodic updates for investors, conducting in-depth market research to support investment strategies, and contributing to the creation of comprehensive Board notes. In addition, she coordinates with internal teams to facilitate the execution of investment and fund documentation, thereby playing an integral part in the fundraising and capital deployment cycle.

A real estate professional with over 11 years of experience, she brings a strong foundation in project management and real estate development. A significant part of her career was with L&T Construction – Buildings & Factories IC, where she was actively involved in managing large-scale residential projects. During this period, she worked with several renowned developers including Oberoi Realty, Rustomjee, and Sunteck Realty, gaining hands-on experience across the project lifecycle.
In her current role, she is instrumental in shaping the Fund’s investment strategy and managing portfolio execution, with a focus on long-term value creation. Her core competencies include evaluating market opportunities, conducting detailed feasibility studies, and structuring strategies to optimize investment performance. Her combined experience across technical execution and strategic investment brings a holistic perspective to real estate investing

And also working in the areas of due diligence of portfolio company.

Having worked with leading banks and housing finance companies, he has developed expertise in implementing internal control systems, monitoring operational risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance .
Currently, he oversees regulatory compliances for GIFT City entities, he is responsible for driving adherence to IFSCA regulations, overseeing statutory reporting, and strengthening the Company’s governance framework. He is AMFI and IRDA certified, with demonstrated capability in designing compliance monitoring processes, conducting periodic audits, and translating regulations into effective business practices.
He is recognized for precision, reliability, and his ability to safeguard organizational integrity while enabling business objectives.
