Qualification:

Experience:

Job Description expected is as follows:
1. Strategize new Funds, procure internal approvals, arrange Fund documentation & registration;
2. Identify sectors for investments, establish investment platforms, structuring Funds and finalisation of related documentation;
3. Identify potential LPs and lead Fund raising activities;
4. Portfolio investment decisions, independently identify, evaluate, select, allocate & deploy capital, tie up with suitable Partners / Developers for project and/or entity level investments, risk analysis & mitigation, negotiate commercial term & execute term sheets;
5. Lead data collection process & oversee due diligence exercise, project feasibility, investment valuation, finalize business plan, formulate investment evaluation formats;
6. Finalize financial structure of investments for tax efficiency & ease of exit, financial modelling, organize transaction related documentation;
7. Preparation of notes related to Investments and present proposal to Investment Committee;
8. Establish appropriate MIS to monitor performance of existing investments, foresee events to trigger maximum growth / profit, formulate/refine monitoring templates;
9. Portfolio management, risk management, relationship management with portfolio companies, 9. set up systems & controls to evaluate investment performance;
10. Establish & implement Divestment Strategy;
