Qualification:
Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / MBA-Finance / or any other relevant post graduate qualification. Additional qualification from NCFM will be preferable.
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2-5 years preferably in real estate private equity fund, rating agency, International Property Consultant or any other research institute.
Key Skills:
In depth knowledge of investments in real estate, healthcare, warehouses industry, specific and general awareness about the macro & micro economic environment, good communication, drafting & presentation skills.

Job Description expected is as follows:
1. Identify, evaluate, select, allocate & deploy capital, tie up with suitable Partners / Developers for project and/or entity level investments, negotiate commercial terms;
2. Set up systems & controls to evaluate investment performance, risk mitigation, financial modelling, formulate/refine templates;
3. Lead data collection process & all due diligence and valuation for investment proposals. Finalize financial structure of Investments, Tax Planning, organize transaction related documentation, prepare & present proposals to investment Committee to obtain approval;
4. Establish appropriate MIS and monitor performance of existing investments & to foresee events to trigger maximum growth / profit;
5. Establish & implement Divestment Strategy;
6. Structuring the Funds and finalisation of related documentation;
7. Fund raising activities;
8. Preparation of notes related to the Investments and Fund Raise;

Extensive understanding of Fund & IFSC branch office administration and management, investments in real estate, fund raising from overseas investors, compliances, coordination with trustee, custodians, bankers, regulators, good communication skills are essential.

Job Description expected is as follows:
1. Compliances of IFSCA (FME) Regulations, Compliances required under other applicable laws and risk management at the GIFT City branch office.
2. Should keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements especially related to IFSCA Act, SEZ Act and SEBI Guidelines.
3. Apply for various funds and licenses, as per requirement.
4. Handling statutory filings and submissions of AIF in Gift City specifically with respect to renewal of Registration Certificate, coordinate for renewal of lease, Service Export Reporting, Monthly Report of Investment & Employment and to ensure the validity of Bond Cum Legal Undertaking.
5. Prepare and submit quarterly compliance reports to regulators.
6. Maintain all statutory registers and records.
7. Liaison and deal with auditors and regulators from time to time.
8. Good drafting skills with an understanding of AIF business.
9. Assisting in maintenance of all documents in relation to receipt of investment by AIF in Gift City and reporting by AIF to its Trustee, contributors and to the regulators.
10. Represent the Fund/Manager entity before regulators and investors.
