Trustee to the funds.

LICHFL Trustee Company Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. It is a 100% subsidiary of LICHFL. LICHFL Trustee Company Private Limited has been appointed as the sole trustee of the Trusts.

The Trustee Company will act as the trustee of the settled Trusts, and hold the trust property consisting of Initial Settlement of the Trusts, and additions and accretions thereto from time to time, in accordance with the provisions and on the terms and conditions of the Indenture of Trust.

Objectives

The Trustee has been incorporated with the following objects:

a) To carry on the activities of a trustee to venture capital trusts and funds, whether onshore or offshore, including the exercise of exclusive ownership rights with respect of the trust funds and the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the trusts and for that purpose set up, promote, settle, approve and execute trusts for venture capital activities and devise various schemes for raising funds in any manner from persons, bodies corporate, trusts, societies, associations of persons in India and / or abroad, whether incorporated or not and to deploy in such manner as may be desirable for this purpose.

b) To ensure that all the activities of the various funds are carried on in compliance with any applicable regulations.
